Does GIS interface with the E-Verify/Basic Pilot Program?
Yes, we interface directly with the Social Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security and provides virtually instant responses of “Employment Authorized”, “SSA Tentative Non-confirmation”, and “DHS Tentative Non-confirmation”.
Does the system have electronic signature capabilities?
The I-9 form is designed for the Employee, Preparer and/or Translator, and Employer to be able to fill-out and sign the I-9 form electronically.

A document management system is integrated into the application. Historical hard copy I-9 documents can be scanned and associated with minimal data entry to a new or existing employee record in the system for later access.
Does the system offer both I-9 storage features and Basic Pilot from the same login?
Yes, our system offers a single sign-on for storing and verifying the I-9 form and Employment Eligibility.
Does your solution check for duplicate SSNs and duplicate Alien/Admission numbers?
Yes, the I-9 system provides a mechanism to electronically complete, sign and store the mandatory I-9 form. Duplicate SSNs may be identified during the pre-employment process before the I-9 was completed. Additionally, duplicate SSNs and/or duplicate Alien/Admission numbers would more readily identified as part of the Employment Eligibility Verification (EEV) process that verifies legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Can the system ensure I-9s cannot be submitted until all errors are corrected and all required fields entered?
Yes, the electronic I-9 form will not allow the employee and the employer to complete the process, sign the form, and submit it until all required fields are correctly completed.
